- Maintain detailed session records and participant progress notes using our program management system
- Collaborate with Pat Moriarty (Volunteer Coordinator) to recruit and train volunteer assistants for larger workshops
- Travel to regional locations occasionally for community outreach (mileage reimbursed)
- Contribute to program evaluation by collecting participant feedback and suggesting curriculum improvements
- Support equipment setup and basic troubleshooting for tablets and devices used in training

Highly Regarded: - Previous experience in teaching, training, or community education - Basic understanding of accessibility features on digital devices - Bilingual capabilities (particularly Mandarin, Arabic, or Italian) - Experience with program evaluation or data collection
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of $28-32/hour based on experience
